1、本机适用于用成型刀模,对各种非金属的卷状或片状材料进行连续的冲裁作业,效率高、产能大。
2、整机采用PLC控制、人机界面操作,冲头的横移采用滚珠丝杆传动,伺服电机驱动,定位精度高,且冲头横移的距离可根据需要在触摸屏上方便的直接输入。
3、采用伺服电机驱动,滚珠丝杆传动进行纵向进料,送料的长度可在触摸屏上直接输入。
4、机器配备自动刀板游走装置,使冲板均匀地磨损,降低了冲板的消耗。
5、机器具有手动、点动、自动等多种工作方式,工人只需捡拾成品,极大的提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度。
6、主机采用龙门框架结构,强度高,不变形
7、利用飞轮储能实现高压冲裁,节省电能,且无油温升高之忧。
8、特有的行程设定机构配合刀模进行裁刀高度的设定,使冲裁调整方便、精确。

This type is applicable to continuous cutting various non-metal in rolls or sheet materials with die moulds. It has high efficient and big output.
Whole unit applies PLC controller and human-machine interface operation. Horizontal moving is done by ball screw for transmission and by servo motor in driving to get high precision. Besides, the horizontal moving distance of press head can be input onto touch screen directly as per requirements.
Servo motor is applied to offer driving force. Ball screw rotates for fore-and-aft feeding actions. The feeding length can be input onto touch screen directly.
An automatic cutting-board travelling unit is equipped to reduce abrasion of press plate by evenly working.
Working modes can be manual, automatic or jogging. Operators only need to pick finished products. This greatly raises the work efficiency and reduces labor intensity.
Main machine uses travelling head frame structure for high strength and no deformation.
Using fly wheel energy-storage can realize hi-pressure cutting, save power energy and don’t worry about rising oil temperature.
The special stroke setting unit matched cutting dies to set height of cutting blade for easy and accurate adjustments on cutting.
All key sealing parts are imported from German. Key hydraulic parts and electrical are imported famous brands. We use hi-quality parts for the durable service and longer work life.
Hi-frequency treatments are done for cylinder and piston rod of main machine to guarantee machine’s service life.
All moving parts of machine are equipped with safety barrier to protect operator.
